Eligibility Confirmation

This is an optional notice that you can send to a state board or employer, that confirms you have applied for and are approved to take the certification exam.

Individuals typically order this confirmation to get a temporary permit/license with their state. It is up to you to determine if your state accepts this notice.

Your eligibility confirmation notice will include:

• Confirmation that your exam application, fees, and academic documentation have been processed
• Confirmation that you are approved to schedule your test
• Any exam history from 2004 to present

One free eligibility confirmation notice is included with your exam application if you add it when applying. Each additional request is $35 USD.
